The Gran Hotel Almería reopens its doors after undergoing a comprehensive six-month renovation

The iconic Gran Hotel Almería, owned by the Ohtels Hotels & Resorts chain, has reopened its doors after completing an ambitious six-month comprehensive renovation process. The intervention has allowed for a deep modernization of this historic asset, which regains its splendor as a benchmark for quality accommodation in the Almería capital.

The renovation works covered all guest rooms and common areas, incorporating a contemporary and functional design. In addition to aesthetic and comfort improvements, the project included a technical update of the facilities, optimizing the building's energy efficiency and reinforcing the company's commitment to sustainability and environmental impact reduction.

The reopening marks a milestone for the city's tourism sector, coinciding with the start of the peak season. The chain emphasizes that the goal of this investment is to offer a premium experience that combines the essence of a legendary hotel with the technological comforts and services demanded by today's customers.

Ohtels Hotels & Resorts, based in Salou (Tarragona), has 11 hotels across Catalonia and Andalusia, all located in strategic points of the Spanish coast as well as major urban centers.
