Yes, we have a towel service for the swimming pool. A deposit of €10 per towel is required and is refunded when the towels are returned. The towel can be changed daily for 1€ per towel change.

Most of the rooms have 2 double beds of 1.35 m each.

What is the maximum occupancy per room?

Maximum occupancy per room is 3 adults and 1 child.

Are the rooms equipped with hairdryer/minibar/safe? Are there any additional costs?

Yes, all rooms have hair dryers, minibars and safes.

In case you want to use the safe, you will have to pay an additional charge of:

Is there an iron or kettle in the room?

The hotel reception has irons and kettles under availability. In case of using them, a deposit of €10 would be requested.

The hotel has a SPA area with jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath and a small gym. The outdoor area also has 2 swimming pools with slides.

How to get to the hotel from Reus/Barcelona airport or Camp de Tarragona station?

Bus Plana operates in the area, a company that offers transfers from Reus/Barcelona airport or Camp de Tarragona station to Salou.
It is also possible to travel by train from Salou to Barcelona airport.

What security measures are being taken at the hotel?

Cleaning and disinfection is constant both in the common areas and in the rooms. There are also several hydroalcoholic gel dispensers throughout the hotel. The capacity in the restaurant, bar and swimming pools has been reduced. On the other hand, the buffet is attended. Cooks serve customers at counters to minimize food handling and offer individual portions.

Do all rooms have balconies?

Yes, all rooms have a balcony.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel your reservation for free 48 hours before the arrival time. You can modify or cancel your reservation in the My bookings section.

Up to what age do children stay free of charge?

Children between 2 and 12 years old are exempt from payment. From 13 years count as adults.

What are the views from the hotel rooms?

We have rooms with a view of the street or the pool at the guest's choice.

Is there Wi-Fi in the rooms?

Yes, all rooms have Wifi.

Can I smoke in the rooms?

No, smoking is not allowed in the rooms, but it is allowed on the terrace.

Do you have a laundry service at the hotel?

Yes, the hotel offers laundry service at an additional cost.

Can I book online and call the hotel directly to modify or cancel my reservation?

If the reservation is made directly with the hotel, we can manage the cancellation or modification of your reservation from reception. If you have booked through an intermediary, please contact them so they can take care of your reservation.

Yes, of course. Also, if you wish, you can pay for your stay in cash (maximum €1,000 according to the new law).

I would like to book a room with a sea view, but it is not possible through the web. How can I book?

You can call the hotel to reserve a guaranteed sea view for a supplement of 15 euros per day, payable directly at the hotel.

Yes, there is Wi-Fi connection at no additional cost.

Is smoking allowed in the rooms?

Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.

Can you drive to Gibraltar?

It is possible, but we do not recommend it because of the queues and because parking inside is difficult and expensive.

What do you require to enter Gibraltar?

They only ask for ID and/or passport. They do not ask for antigen tests or PCR. Important: children cannot cross without ID or passport. The family book is not valid, not even if it is a baby.

Is the hotel parking with payment? Do you have to book in advance? How is it?

Yes, we have parking at a price of 12€ per night in high season / 9€ in low season. Price per night not per 24 hours. It is underground and booking is not necessary.

Our parking is underground and check-out is at 2:00 p.m. It has a height of 2.10 m. The hotel can be accessed from the car park by elevator and stairs. There is a yellow loading and unloading area in front of the hotel to enter for check-in. To enter you need a card, we can not open from reception.

Buses can park at the bus station, which is 5 minutes from the hotel.

How far is it from the hotel to the border?

It is about 850 m away, a 5-10 minute walk.

How far is it from the hotel to the city centre?

We are located about 700 m from the city center, a 5-10 min walk.

Is the hotel in Gibraltar or in Spain? 

We are in La Línea de la Concepción, Cádiz, Spain.

How can I get to La Línea de la Concepción?

The closest train station is the San Roque station. You can take a taxi or bus. In the case of taking the bus, you must walk to the stop located at La Venta roundabout in Taraguilla, about 2 km from the train station, about 20 minutes on foot.

You can also get off at the Algeciras train stop. Once there, you can take a taxi, or cross right in front of the Algeciras bus station.

The closest airports are Jerez and Malaga. And from there, you can take a bus to get to La Línea.

Which are the nearest beaches?

We can mention two beaches:
  • Poniente Beach is 1 km away, 10 min walk. It is rather small.
  • Levante Beach is 1.4 km away, 20 min walk.

What is the minimum height allowed to use the water park slides?

In the slides of the Pirate Ship the minimum height allowed is 0.80 cm, in the large slides at least 1.20 cm.

How much does parking cost?

The cost of parking varies depending on the season:
  • In high season (summer), it costs €18.
  • In low season, it costs from €12.

What are the opening hours of the restaurant?

Restaurant hours vary depending on the season. They will inform you in detail at reception.

What are the hotel's check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 14:00. Check-out is until 12:00.

How does the Rotisserie work?

Book at the main restaurant the day before. Arrive 10 minutes before the appointed time. Strict courtesy time. More information and details on the Ohtels APP.

Is the car park bookable and is there a charge?

It is not possible to reserve in advance in the car park. You can request it upon arrival at the hotel. The price is €16/night. In case there are no parking spaces available, there are two public parking lots near the hotel with which we have agreements.

All the rooms have seaview?

No. The rooms with sea views are those whose bed measures 1.05 m. Those with a 1.50 m bed overlook the city and the citadel.

What time do you enter the rooms?

Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. If you arrive earlier and your room is not ready, we can store your luggage in our storage room at reception.

Is the bed type guaranteed?

We cannot guarantee it. They are subject to availability.

Is the pool open all year?

The pool opens depending on the weather. As a general rule, it is open from April to October included.

Is the heated pool for adults only?

Yes, although there is a time slot in which children can go accompanied by an adult: from 10:00 to 11:00 and from 17:00 to 18:00.

What is the schedule to take advantage of the all inclusive?

The all-inclusive schedule is from 10:00 to 00:00, the snacks are from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00. You can view the all-inclusive menu here.

How far is the hotel from the beach?

We are on the beachfront, just 150 m away. You can take a short cut out of our pool.

How far is it from the hotel to Portugal?

Between the hotel and Portugal there are 15 km, 17 minutes by car.

Between the hotel and Isla Cristina there are 7 km, 10 minutes by car.

What is the minimum age for the mini-club?

Drinks included are: water, sparkling water, soda, juices, smoothies, soft drinks, slushies, coffees, infusions, beer, sangria, wine, cava, cocktails, liqueurs, shots and mixed drinks.

When the buffet restaurant is closed, we also offer the following snacks at the pool bar: dried fruit, olives, chips, daily pastries, mini savoury snacks, ice cream, frankfurts, chips, pizza and hamburgers.

Are there buses that go to Port Aventura?

You can catch a bus from the Plana company that operates regularly at the stop next to the hotel.

Is it possible to put an extra bed in the room?

It is not possible to put extra beds due to space issues.

The hotel has free cots. We recommend requesting them directly from the hotel once you have booked with us.

The main swimming pool, the children's pool and the water park are open during the summer season, from the same day the hotel opens. They will remain open except in the event of inclement weather or force majeure.

How do I get from the Ampolla train station to the hotel?

At what time can we check in?

The official check-in time is at 2:00 p.m. If you arrive earlier and your room is not ready, we can store your luggage in our storage room.

What is the difference between a flat and a room?

The apartment is larger in dimensions and beds than the room. The kitchen of the apartment is not operational, except for a mini-refrigerator.

Between 10 and 11 am, and your card is limited to open until 11.00 am.

Check out is until 12h am.

Can we use the swimming pools if we check out after lunch?

Yes, as long as you keep your welcome card with you or the Ohtels bracelet colour LILA until you leave the hotel. The lifeguard may request it from you.

Can I change lunch for dinner or vice versa if I only have half board?

If it is a punctual meal, you can notify it in the same restaurant. If you want to modify it for your entire stay, ask at reception.

What kind of parking facilities are available?

We have an indoor garage whose amount can be paid at reception.
In the surroundings of the hotel, there are large outdoor areas for parking.

Do you have cots and how much do they cost?

Cots are free and must be requested when making the reservation.

What type of beds do we have in the rooms?

The standard rooms have two beds of 1.35 x 2.00.
The "Family rooms" have two beds of 0.90 x 2.00 + sofa bed of 1.35.

Can you offer me a solution if one day I cannot go to a meal having contracted half board, full board or all inclusive?

Notify reception the day before, and we will prepare a picnic for you to pick up the next day after breakfast.

What kind of beaches are there in the area?

Towards Perelló you will find pebble coves. Towards L'Ampolla you will see sandy beaches.

How far is it from the hotel to the beach?

The closest cove or beach to the hotel is about 200 meters away. There are other beaches a little further away that can be reached on foot.

How does the mini-club work?

The mini club is open every day. Parents can register children from 4 to 10 years old. The entertainers will take care of them morning and afternoon, and will end the day with the minidisco.

Is there entertainment for children?

Yes, every day at the miniclub. After the mini-disco, they can attend some shows for all audiences with their parents.

What are the opening hours of the restaurant?

I want to go with my bicycle to make routes in the area, what facilities does the hotel offer?

At Ohtels Les Oliveres we have a BikeFriendly area completely free of charge, with a bike wash and repair shop. It is also possible to store your bike there with your own lock.

What should I do if I am celiac?

Are pets allowed?

We do not allow any kind of pets in the interior or exterior areas of the hotel.

Ohtels Les Oliveres is located in the area of Playas del Perelló, between L'Ampolla and Perelló town.

You can pay by credit card at any point of sale in the hotel. You can also use the all-inclusive wristband we provide or another wristband that allows you to charge amounts to your room number. Also, you can pay in cash at the reception and restaurant.

Do you have an EV charging station?

In the covered car park of Ohtels Les Oliveres we have two EV charging stations. The cost per charge is 10 euros.

What should I do if I want a room with a sea view?

Request it when making the reservation.The rooms with sea views have a supplement on the regular price, as well as the special rooms, all of them with views but with a supplement also in each of them (junior suite, suite and grand suite).

What time can I check in?

You can check-in from 2 pm onwards.

Can a cot fit in a double room?

Yes, it fits.

Is there a charge for the cot?

No, we only ask for a deposit of 20 €.

Our parking spaces, located in a building close to the hotel (approx. 100m.) are very limited and subject to availability on arrival. They cost 15,00 €/night.

How do the sustainable glasses work? What do I have to do with the token I get when I check in at the reception?

What pets are allowed in the hotel and do they have an additional cost?

Only dogs are allowed (maximum one dog per room) and their weight must not exceed 6 kg. The additional cost is 12€ per day.

Can dogs have access to the communal areas of the hotel?

They cannot. They will only be allowed in the rooms, but not in the common areas (kitchen areas, dining area and cafeteria, gym area, bathroom area). In addition, at all times, the dog must be leashed and accompanied by an adult.

Do I need to bring my dog's food/drink bowl and bedding?

All dogs must bring their own bed, food and water bowl. If you do not bring them, the hotel can provide them for you, subject to a deposit to be paid at reception. This deposit will be returned to you when you leave the hotel once you have checked the condition of your pet.

Can I leave the dog alone in the room, will you clean my room if the dog is in it?

Yes, but both room service and maintenance can only be carried out when the dog is not in the room. You must mark it on the door of the room with the corresponding sign and inform room service so that they can clean your room.

How much does an additional lunch/dinner in the restaurant cost?

The current price is 18 EUR per extra lunch/dinner, for children we apply a 50% discount = 9 EUR. (From 2 to 12 years of age). Drinks are not included.

Can I change the half board between lunch and dinner?

Of course, you can always make the change on the same day. Just come to the door of the restaurant and ask for it.
In case of service shifts, please book your timetable through our APP.

Are drinks included in the full board?

Drinks are not included. There is an extensive menu available for you to enjoy a complete gastronomic experience.

What time does the pool open? At what time does it close?

Although the pool opening times may change during the season, the official opening times are as follows:
Outdoor pool = 10.00 a.m. - 07.00 p.m.
Splash Park and Slides = 10.00 a.m. - 06.00 p.m.
Indoor pool = 10.00 a.m. - 07.00 p.m.

Is the spa included or do I have to pay for it separately, and do I have to book?

The indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath and fitness room are free of charge for our guests. Please see the massage and wellness menu for a fantastic range of treatments and pampering.

Are children allowed in the spa?

Children from 0 to 5 years old do not have access to the wellness area.
Children from 6 to 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Free entry from 18 years of age.
This area is a space for relaxation and tranquillity, please follow the rules and the instructions of the lifeguard team.

How do the sunbeds work?

Sunbeds are a free service for hotel guests.
It is not allowed to reserve sunbeds. After one hour's absence, the hotel staff will remove towels and/or other belongings.

What is the minimum height/age of the slides?

The minimum height is 1.30 metres.

How do I request a cot?

You can do it directly at reception and enjoy this service at no additional cost, just a deposit of 20 EUR will be applied.
Please check in advance the maximum number of people per room type.

Does the hotel have a car park and can it be booked in advance?

We have a private garage with direct access to the rooms.
The service will be offered according to availability at the time of arrival, it cannot be booked in advance.

Is there a pool towel service?

Yes, you can request this service at the hotel spa at no extra charge. Deposit of 10€ per towel. Due to our environmental commitment, towel changes will have a cost of 1 EUR/towel.

What is the picnic service?

The hotel offers you the option of requesting a picnic lunch and/or dinner if you decide to spend the day out and cannot enjoy the buffet at the hotel. This service must be booked 1 day in advance (before 19:00) at the hotel reception.

What time is check-in? What if I arrive earlier?

Check-in is from 14:00 onwards. If you arrive earlier and your room is not available, we offer a luggage room and changing room service so that you can start enjoying your stay from the very first moment.

What time should I check out on the last day of my stay?

Check-out time is 11 am. You can request a late check-out at reception (with charge) or use our luggage storage and changing room service so that you can enjoy your stay right up to the last moment.

Do the rooms have a shower or bathtub?

All rooms at Ohtels Villa Romana have a bathtub.
The Junior Suite rooms have a small extra shower in addition to the bathtub service.

Are there double beds?

All double rooms at Ohtels Villa Romana have 2 beds of 1.05 m. We do not have double beds.

What is the difference between a double, triple or quadruple room? What is the difference between a standard room, a junior suite and a suite? How many beds are there in a room?

The hotel has 3 types of rooms, which differ mainly in their size and distribution:
Standard Room: 2 beds of 1.05 m. With the possibility of offering a 1.20 m sofa bed. Recommended for families up to 2 adults + 2 children (2 to 11 years old).
Junior Suite Room: 2 beds of 1.05 m. With the possibility of offering a 1.20 m sofa bed. Recommended for families up to 3 adults + 1 child, with the possibility of offering an extra cot.
Suite Room: 2 separate rooms made up of 2 beds of 1.05 m. With the possibility of offering a 1.20 m sofa bed and an extra 90 cm bed. (subject to availability and request). Recommended for families up to 3 adults + 1 child, with the possibility of offering an extra cot.


How far is the hotel from the beach?

The hotel is 900 metres from the main beaches of Salou, a road that runs through the main shopping and restaurant area of the town.

How far is the hotel from Port Aventura?

The hotel is located just 500 metres from Port Aventura, a pleasant walking distance from the hotel.

From what age is it considered an adult?

From 2 to 12 years old is a child, and from 13 years old onwards is considered an adult.
The first 2 people in a room, for booking purposes, will always be considered adults.

From what age do children start paying?

From 0 to 1 year is considered a baby. You can request a cot for your baby for free.
From 2 to 12 years old it is a child, so from 13 years old charges will apply.

What are the opening hours and ages allowed in the mini-club?

Mini-club opening hours are from 10.30 am to 1.00 pm.
The age range is from 5 to 12 years old.

How does the tourist tax work?

When you arrive at the hotel, you must pay the tax on stays in tourist establishments in Catalonia.
The amount is 1.32 EUR per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 overnight stays. (Please consult possible exceptions).

From what age is the tourist tax payable?

Persons aged sixteen or less are exempt from payment.

Does the hotel close its doors at night?

The hotel has a 24-hour reception service.

What time can I check in?

From 2 p.m. onwards.

What time is check out?

Until 12h. In case you want to extend your stay and make a late check out, you can ask at reception. The price of late check out is 30 euros.

Do you have towels for the swimming pool?

Yes, towels are available at reception for a deposit of 10 euros per towel.

Do the rooms have a bathtub?

Yes, we have rooms with bathtub and also rooms with shower.

Does the hotel provide entertainment activities?

We have an extensive entertainment programme for both children and adults throughout the season.

Is the beach close to the hotel?

The beach is about 150 metres from the hotel.

Is the restaurant buffet style?

Yes.

Does full board include drinks?

No. Full board drinks are not included in the price.

Is the Splash always open?

Yes, during the months the hotel is open and always in accordance with the established swimming pool timetable.

What is the schedule and timetable for the water slides and splash park?

Although the opening calendar and timetable of this service may change during the season, the usual opening calendar and timetable is as follows: From June to September From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. This service may be subject to changes due to the weather.

Is it possible to buy tickets for Port Aventura World and all its theme parks at the hotel?

Tickets for Port Aventura and the rest of the parks can be purchased at the reception desk. They will have the same conditions as at the ticket office of the park itself. The hotel does not offer room packages with tickets included.

What spa facilities does the hotel offer?

The hotel has 2 spa areas: on the one hand GES Spa offers an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath at no extra cost for all our guests; and on the other hand, Beer Spa, a new spa concept with a series of services and treatments using beer products. Please see the massage and wellness menu for a fantastic range of treatments and pampering.

What are the spa's opening hours?

The Ohtels Vila Romana Spa is open from 10.00 to 14.00 and from 16.00 to 20.00 hours, every day. On the other hand, within these hours, the children's preferential is from 10.00 to 11.00 and from 16.00 to 18.00.

How much does the Beer Spa cost, what is the minimum age to enter?

All information about the Ohtels Islantilla Beer Spa can be found at https://beerspain.com/. However, only people over 18 years of age are allowed to enter.

Is it mandatory that I bring proof of my reservation (online or physical) to check-in at the hotel?

Yes, it is mandatory to present the reservation voucher. Web, agency or online agency.
